In our winery we have more than 100 references in a living menu that has a generous range of the best wines from designations of origin such as Rioja, Rias Baixas, Somontano, Campo de Borja, Ribera de Duero, Rueda, Bullas, Jumilla, Yecla and others.
The menu is the result of a personal selection by the sommelier, who chooses the different wines, looking for their characteristics to harmonize with the cooking proposals, also full of nuances, textures and aromas.
